The Global Change Impact Studies Centre (GCISC) and Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) have formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at addressing the multifaceted challenges of climate change. This MoU establishes a robust framework for collaboration in joint research, academic exchange, and the development of innovative technologies to support climate resilience and sustainable development. The signing ceremony was held at MoCC&EC in the presence of Ms. Aisha Humera Ch., Secretary MoCC&EC and senior leadership from both institutions, including Mr. Muhammad Arif Goheer, Executive Director of GCISC and Mr. Fazal Ahmad Khalid, Rector of GIKI, along with other distinguished officials. Their participation underscored a shared commitment to fostering interdisciplinary cooperation and leveraging scientific expertise to inform evidence-based climate policy and technological advancement.
